#Israel has announced it will reopen the #Rafah border crossing between #Gaza & #Egypt in the next few days as part of the U.S.-brokered ceasefire.

The border will only open in one direction: for Palestinians to exit.
Last week, the #UN reported more than 1,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli settlers and soldiers in the occupied #WestBank and East #Jerusalem since October 7, 2023.

    I wonder if the US told them about the practice of letting people out of one border wall, only to find a second border wall that isn’t open, and letting them die of exposure between the two walls while not technically “holding” anyone.
