AFAIK European law isn’t often based on common law, but Napoleonic Code / civil law. Ie. precedent is less relevant.
Also, given Meta’s been fined 2.5 billion euros in the past few years, it sounds like they’re going after the big guys first.
I’m not trans. Occasionally posts from blahaj pop up in my feed, which is why I saw this one. I know this is blahaj, you’re probably all (justifiably) sick of what straight cis men think, so please take this comment with a huge pinch of salt.
Out of curiosity I read the gender dysphoria bible, it didn’t resonate at all. As a young child, my grandparents once had me wear a dress as a joke, it felt wrong and I couldn’t wait to take it off.
What I’m driving at is this: If what you and others read in the gender dysphoria bible resonates and if stuff like wearing a dress makes you feel ‘right’, please don’t doubt yourself. I’m pretty open about my sexuality, yet it doesn’t resonate. If it resonates with you, that means something.
These feelings are real. You deserve to be happy. Be kind to yourself and love yourself like you do your loved ones. I mean that literally, imagine if your best friend discovered they were trans. You’d want to be supportive, right? Be that for yourself.

If someone else has an old (and/or prepay) sim which can receive texts, you can authenticate whatsapp that way. IRC you can also authenticate with a landline. Install whatsapp using the landline number, wait for SMS authentication to fail, then it should ask to call you. Say yes, and you’ll get a call with the authentication code. Et voila.
My nieces and nephews are all young children so i definitely want to encourage/educate them to get off corporate controlled communications channels
Good luck with that, is all I can say. Kids are very susceptible to peer pressure, especially as they enter their teen years. It’s only when they’re in their late teens that they’ll open up again and start becoming more critical.
They’ll arrest the trans man for going to a women’s bathroom and allied media will claim he was a transwoman who was assigned male at birth.
Similar thing happened with Mack Beggs. Trans man and wrestler. Despite his protests, state rules only allowed him to compete in the league for the sex he was assigned at birth. Ie. trans man wrestling women. Obviously had a strength advantage and dominated. Online and in right wing media, he was and still is often portrayed as a man pretending to be a woman.
Similarly, I have a cis female friend who’s been harassed by the vagina police while trying to go for a shit, because someone decided they were insufficiently feminine or some nonsense like that.
Similar stories when muscular female athletes dominate. You’ll get people alleging they’re actually men with no evidence at all.

Doesn’t always work. Phones can turn themselves on. You can’t remove the battery anymore either.
Personally, I just accept that my privacy will always be violated using a smart phone, especially because I’m forced to use google and whatsapp. But I leave my phone at home when possible, especially if I’m thinking of attending a protest or doing stuff, and chuck it in a muffled/closed draw when I’m not using it.
This is why the EU is sometimes called a regulatory super power. Because the market is so large and important, the rest of the world often adopts EU regulations. Whether it’s GDPR or environmental standards, it’s cheaper to make one EU compliant version of your product or part than different versions for different markets.
Not any other kind of super power though, we’re far too busy squabbling amongst ourselves. Some still haven’t learnt the lessons of the last two world wars.

You look fine girl, but you really need to google camera angles and how to pose for pictures. No one looks at their best if they take a picture from below with their chin tucked in.
Take a picture from a slightly higher angle, lean forward from the waist and stretch out the neck towards the camera. Really exagerate it, the camera won’t be able to tell. You’ll look 10x better.
Oh, and all of you… don’t spend too much time on the internet comparing yourself to photoshopped pictures of models caked in make-up. Most cisgender women don’t look like that either. Women come in different shapes and sizes. Given how many of my cisgender friends have been harassed on their way to take a shit, just because they weren’t wearing make-up, you guys should worry less about conforming to distorted societal expectations of what a woman should look like and realise it’s not a you problem that you sometimes don’t meet those expectations.

No one’s twisting consumers’ arms to be dickheads by buying products or services from unethical companies. People know ryanair flouts labour laws, treats passengers like shit, and that air travel is destroying the planet. Just like people know cheap fast fashion made in Myanmar or China has quite likely been (in part) made with slave/child labour.
I’m not pretending to be a saint, but why should people who don’t give a shit about others, expect the rest of us to give a shit about them? What goes around comes around.
It’s not that different to someone some rich Saudi complaining about their slave spitting in their food. I mean, sucks for you, but I’ve run out of tiny violins Marie Antionette.
A lot of people are in for a very rude awakening as the climate crisis worsens and the global order changes.
