Well now you sound delusional. I’m happy to live in a part of the country that respects each other.

Where ever you live sounds like a nightmare. So sorry for your struggle.
That’s the difference with political discourse today. You had an obligation to be nice to people in fear of getting punched. Too many people cower behind keyboards with big opinions today because they know if they acted like that in public they would be hit.

Man, that’s such a bummer to hear. If only there was a Linux alternative.

Has there been any rumor of Google stopping GOS?

GPU is pretty much the only way that my Series X gets used. We just haven’t consistently bought Xbox games since the 360 era. So it is our smallest digital library and I’d prefer to just not invest in Xbox or Sony at this point.
Yes which is why I don’t watch a bare minimum creator. It is just popcorn content.
Everyone knows someone like this. Opinions about everything, but talk to them for five minutes and it’s apparent they know nothing.
LTT is the definition of a mile wide and an inch deep.

I do 100% agree with the backlash of these cameras.
I also think that the general public should be just as weary of every front door having a ring camera, or every side yard having a blink camera.
While glasses are less conspicuous in public, these neighborhood cameras are already everywhere. You can’t take a walk at night without being on 20 different cameras. (While these cameras aren’t being used to be creepy) their footage is still going to a server where employees are doing whatever they want with them.
We gave up our privacy for convenience a long time ago. Meta glasses are the least of our worries if Palantir has anything to say about it.
I see! Thanks for the explanation. Have a good day kind sir!
Okay very good to know. I see so much smack talk about Ubuntu and never really know why. I get users people don’t like Gnome as much as KDE.
I guess for my use case which is very minimal compared to most, Ubuntu works great. I get all my real creative work done on Mac and Ubuntu is just my fun machine.
I use Ubuntu and have never had issues with it. I liked my time on Bazzite but Ubuntu just feels like home. Bazzite didn’t feel any snappier than Ubuntu does, and both feel miles ahead of Win11 on our work computers.
I’ll give it a go. Anything to not give adobe money.
Once I bought a steam deck, I switched to Linux like a year later. Never looking back. I use Mac for Lightroom and the Apple ecosystem stuff. Next thing we will ditch is Xbox. I don’t want to give any money to Microsoft.

A dinner table with one Nazi amongst five friends just makes a table of five Nazi.
Phoenix and Vegas are competing for worst place to build gigantic cites.
This is everyone in Arizona in the summer. “At least there is no windshield scraping!”
AZ people are delusional.

We can do nothing. Now people are getting 30 year sentences for protesting in Texas. They are clearly sending a message that we will be shot in the streets like Alex Pretti or we will be thrown in jail.

I use both. SteamOS on my SD OLED, and Bazzite on a gaming PC. I don’t notice a difference because all I use the machines for is gaming.
I eventually moved to Kubuntu from Bazzite because it was easier to manage my media servers. I’m not a huge fan of Bazzite’s quadlet system.
But for 99% of my use case the two systems were identical.
