For the 32nd year, the entire world voted at the UN General Assembly to demand an end to the illegal US embargo against Cuba. The USA and Israel opposed the international community in a vote of 187 to 2.
I don’t understand what you’re telling us. But as a reminder, last year Ukraine was the one to abstain from voting in the Cuba blockade stop (still with the US and Israel voting against)

In order to not anger the US, is my guess (they need the support for fighting off the Russian invasion).
