>> Hannes reports on his last 72 hours of hostage captivity by israel - from beatings to being forced to kneel on hard ground for hours. He also says that in the israeli prison they only got a glimpse of what Palestinian prisoners have been enduring there for years, without any prospect of release or legal support. That is exactly why we will keep going and keep coming back until Palestine is free.

Yoooooo if Israel tortures and abuses European human rights activitists in broad daylight, imagine what they do in the dark to palestinians… Horrifying, and trump is protecting this from European sanctions? When is America gonna riot? We strike for way less in Europe tbh

That israeli minister Ben-Gvir posted the abuse on his own twitter account: https://xcancel.com/itamarbengvir/status/2057046925417824697#m

I mean what how will European sanctions matter if America pumps thrice as much money into Israel for example and keeps supporting israel and supporting far right politicians like Orban who veto EU sanctions on israel, and trump immediately tarrifs those countries…

        https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c202wp2rl09o
‘A change in government in Hungary ended months of delays to the EU’s plans for further sanctions, which had been blocked by the former right-wing Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orban, a close ally of Israel.’

‘Israeli media have reported that the sanctioned individuals and organisations include Daniella Weiss, who is already sanctioned by the UK and is known as the “godmother” of the settler movement.
It is also reported that they include the organisations Nachala and Regavim, movements that promote settlements, as well as HaShomer Yosh and Amana, organisations that help to finance and assist unauthorised settlements known as outposts.
Meir Deutsch, the CEO of Regavim, and Avichai Suissa, the CEO of HaShomer Yosh, are also reportedly on the list. Suissa was sanctioned by the US in 2024, but removed from the sanctions list under Donald Trump.’

Every country that signed the genocide convention has the obligation to do its best to stop Israel, no matter how small the contribution is.

You are a joke for thinking that sanctioning a few settlers and organizations is a real action. Most of the funding comes from the state itself, which is the one that should be sanctioned. Every time those kinds of weak sanctions happen, settler terrorists increase violence. Sanctions should be two-way arms embargo and banning dual usage material. The West lied about stopping the sale of weapons to Israel, and has increased the purchase of military equipment which will be reinvested by Israel to kill more Palestinians.

Yeah every sanction matters but has little effect when USA is still protecting israel when are americans gonna force trumps hand?

No, only sanctions on the state itself matter which europe do not want to do with or without the usa pressure. Europe is willingfully supporting a colonial power.
