I remember suse making quite a few back in the days, some were pretty nice.
SUSE has an entire library of musical parodies. Some of them actually slap. This one is my favorite.
IBM made ads for Linux in the beginning of the 2000s. Most were a bit weird.

It is, too late, for my PC.
The C drive is full despite me having very little saved, some music, some openoffice docs, that’s it. Idk how to clean it or wipe it, every folder under C seems empty yet the space is full.
Given your apparent technical level, I think you need to get your PC to someone who can work on it in person.
If you had space and better technical skills, there are tools you could install to help you track down where all the space is in use, but I don’t feel confident that things would go well talking you through that on an Internet forum.
I am not stupid just never learned computer stuff more than I had too. My focus is elsewhere. I can and will do it myself because that is my only option.
