Not to take away from the atrocities happening in Palestine, but this looks AI generated

Thank you for this. I have seen a few *arr combination projects I wanted to look into; so I may have had come across this one.
It’s unfortunate that the “developer” chose to nope out, instead of fixing it or at least seeking help from the community. This is one of the good aspects of OSS - that we can and should audit ourselves. But if it was all vibe coded, maybe they didn’t know that an audit is good and should be welcomed; instead of rejected and shutdown.

Can’t wait to hear about all the upcoming data breaches. RIP all your medical records…

Your article points out the main reason why I haven’t gotten into sports; even though I’d like to follow a bit of hockey, F1, and UK soccer. It’s complicated and expensive as fuck. $50/month for a subscription, and it doesn’t even cover all of the games for the same team? I’m interested in putting something on, once in a while; but it’s not worth $50 to maybe use it once a month or two
Thank you though for putting together these highly detailed instructions that are only for educational purposes!

Leaving this here: they’ve started putting in ads
It’s a spinoff of Ubuntu called Debian

Unfortunately I don’t recall the exact reason why I chose Unraid over Proxmox. It might have been better GPU passthrough support at the time, or better Docker container support?

I’ll preface my comment with I understand my setup is no where similar to yours, but I’ll share my setup to hopefully give you an idea as to what you can do.
My desktop is running Unraid, and I’ve set it up with GPU pass through. This lets me spin up a machine with its own virtual drive with the OS installed. My other main folders (Documents, pictures, etc…) connect via network folders.
Pro: Can try out a bunch of OSs easily, and I don’t really care if I nuke my OS drive.
Con: The GPU passthrough can be very finicky. Admittedly, It was a struggle to get everything setup initially; but I think Unraid is working on streamlining that process.
I’d also recommend looking into setting it up in Proxmox first if you want to try this route. Proxmox is free, and Unraid is paid; so if you just want to play around with the idea, try the free version first.
Hope this helps!

In my experience, Windows would update the boot order and set itself as the default every time you booted into it

Beautiful! Great job

Whatever you get, don’t get Synology. They’ve been working on penalizing you from using any drives and only allowing you to buy Synology-branded drives by removing features (source)

IMO, Lenovo. Have had Lenovos in the past, no issues. I know someone who had an ASUS and the hinge broke. Also, don’t go through Staples - their warranty is garbage.

Fellow homebox user here. As an aside: I’ve got a storage room with a bunch of shelves and bins. For each bin, I’ve suck labels on them (using a label maker or sharpie + painters tape), and an NFC tag. Each box in Homebox has its own location, and each NFC tag is a direct link to its instance in Homebox.
It’s much easier to categorize larger quantities of things that aren’t as valuable as vintage media. Ie. hygiene products, off-season clothing, etc…

Bookmarked this to try this setup next weekend!

I’m not really following the case closely, but what I understand is that it’s pretty clear cut that she murdered her children. IIRC, the reason why TikTok white women are on her side is because the doctors “didn’t help her” even though they were trying everything. Yet, she still lost it and deliberately murdered them
