The kicker is, it has to be by guillotine (French-style) and the other billionaires can donate to the next pool to not be on the list, but they have to have a dinner in a room with the losers’ heads on spikes (Russian-style)… and the billionaire donations are public for everyone to see who they donated against!

Not really. The leaders of countries defile them constantly and nobody is every truly punished.

And china, russia, and the US break them constantly. We’ve been at a point of no respect for global rules-based order for a long time now.

The takeaway here?

Anti-corruption departments are useful and a net good for the integrity of a country. If your country doesn’t have an anti-corruption body with actual teeth to hold those responsible accountsble, it’ll just end up as a sparking oligarchy.

Historically speaking, the ultra rich tell themselves and each other how smart they are, and circle-jerk each other into self-affirmations about superiority, but previous wealthy societies always end up in violent revolution with their heads all rolling around on the floor because they pushed the lower classes too far - they never learn this lesson.
