We need a full remake of the movie Brainscan. I loved that movie as a kid and always dreamed of the day when games became so real you couldn’t quite distinguish virtual from reallity. Brainscan does a okay enough yet extremely 90’s take on it and its just a fun, cheesy, and nerdy horror movie. It would be fun to see what an actual talented writing team and production crew could do with that same story adding what we know now.

M’erican here. My workshop is 100% metric. I do far too much measuring, designing and planning to fuck around with inches, feet and football fields. Motherfuck the imperial system. America has been robbed of the superior until of measurement. Every last bit of my work is in millimeters and it will be that way until I die in a horrible firey accident in my shop because beer and dangerous power tools are just too much fun when taken together.

Jokes aside, frfr on god no cap, I got a lot of respect for gen-z/α. Ya’ll are facing unprecedented and seemingly insurmountable hardships the like of which the US and the world as a whole haven’t seen in modern history. As they say, hard times make tough people. We millennials haven’t had the best of runs but these next generations are in uncharted territory.

I remember for a while back in the late 90’s maybe, a lot of kids would have one of those custom airbrushed shirts youd get at a flea market or county fair with their name in BIG BOLD and colorful lettering all the way across the front.

Little kids playing at their local park could easily be approached by a stranger saying, “hey joey! Your mom told be to pick you up. She’s in the hospital and we have to leave right now!” The panicked child follows the man who is seemingly confirmed sent by his mom because he knows his first name, forgetting anyone who’s not legally blind within a block of him also knows his name.

Luckily we don’t see much of that these days. Creeps are now limited to accessing merely every single detail of a child’s life because mom runs a Facebook or Instagram for their child.
