This is a good use of AI. It’s not training an LLM, it’s using reinforcement training to teach a system to analyze complex data for patterns. It’s correlating teaching methods with outcomes in a way that would be very difficult for a human researcher to analyze due to the complexity. This is a scientific study performed by a public university.
I get that AI sucks but we shouldn’t be conflating this kind of scientific use of the technology with LLMs.

A 17 year old kid in a brand new Subaru WRX totalled my car by ramming it from behind at ~90mph. Buying a car like that for a child should be a crime, it’s like giving a kid a loaded gun.
I keep a “baby on board” sticker on my car so people will assume I’m an exhausted parent and be less likely to pull a gun on me in traffic if I do something to annoy them.
A conservationist should be able to remove the ink. I doubt it’s “ruined”.
Edit: looked it up, apparently restoration cost about $5k. Not ruined, but definitely a costly little stunt.

I was delighted when he showed me Annie’s Boobs, but in a totally different way than I was expecting.
