The post (not a meme) is about not being able to import odt into Pages, and the solution being having to first export to docx. Yeah they can just use libreoffice but that’s not the point.

The issue is that working with docx files in libreoffice is less ideal than working with their native format.

For context, these are the first three paragraphs of the article. There’s no mention of a single name, it’s basically the introduction. The third paragraph is the statement that they then are supposed to support with facts. This is standard in writing a document:

If the employer knows that their income won’t reach the minimum, their income tax doesn’t need to be deducted by the employer, and it’s not. Filling or not filling the taxes is irrelevant, I was pointing out that their income is usually exempt of filling, and such they usually request the employer to not withhold the taxes. Most of the undocumented didn’t earn enough to be forced to do their income tax, so being undocumented or not is irrelevant for paying income taxes.
