Bro. Taking this sub seriously can rot your brain. I mean, they are serious about their claims. It’s just that they are being paid by microslop to be stupid or because they are stupid.

Oh year. I’ve heard polar days are nice.
It is tough at 42C. It is tougher at -35C. Gimme that 42!
It’s just the same rage bait posts all around the year. In winter they will post a stickman freezing outside with icicles in his nose and 7 layers of clothes with text “winter lovers be like”
Autumn/Fall gets shits about rain and moody weather. Spring gets shit about allergies. One can’t please everybody…
And they don’t stop coming
I believe they have fixed it but it was way too many times I had to click Update and shutdown and it would update and restart. Both home and work.

Maybe?!
There are spinoff of Puss in Boots. 1st is fine and 2nd is great!

You all would fucking die if you saw what TV used to be like.
I know. And that is the reason I am not watching cable anymore.
You just ignore the ads.
Rather than using my mental agility to ignore something, I used it to remove that something instead. And that is much better.
Also, if I ignore something, advertiser wont get my money. So why would I ignore it if I wont be paying for this crap anyway? Just skip watching it entirely. Advertiser wont lose anything regardless of me using adblock or not.
You all act like you have to be glued to the screen the entire time.
No, but I do watch content online since it is more entertaining and informative compared to TV channels. This calls back to 1st point.
Would I wait 5 minutes instead of 30 service through an ad? No.
I’d rather not wait at all, but I do not have a choice I guess. Either consume ads or wait a few secs - that are my options.
Because my time is more valuable then that.
So, you value your time but it is worth it to spend on watching ads? I am confused. Nobody glues you to the screen for the time video loads. You can do plethora of things during wait time that are much more valuable than watching/skipping an ad.

I will gladly wait 1 minute of video loading before playing than watch 2 skippable ads that I need to click skip on.
Hell, I will go rampage and claim that I’ll wait 5 minutes before video starts rather than watch a single 30s ad.
Bazzite is Fedora, no?
I daily Bazzite KDE and my NTFS drives are mounting all fine. The only annoyance is that it pops a warning that Bazzite doesn’t like non-Btrfs/ext4 drives every time I access them.
The same could be said about 8/8.1.
It was not ultimately a different OS compared to 10. The major difference was a start button and a baked in telemetry. Other than that, under the hood these used to be the same OSes.
I grew up with 95/98, and still think 7 was the best one and it went downhill after real quick.
I am on the right side of this picture.
Last time I took blood minerals test, it showed that I got over the normal amounts of magnesium. Can’t remember having cramp last time. It did happen, but like 10 or more years ago.
We do not build gaming PCs here. But imo selfhosting hardware related questions should be allowed. All about NAS, HDDs/SSDs, computers and abilities of CPUs for selhosting purposes, what OS to pick for which tasks - imo all these fit this sub.
There is a big influx of newbies/normies lately. Many want to escape paying for expensive and useless subscriptions and are willing to host their data and tools locally. People do have these questions. No need to gatekeep selfhosting. It should be a welcoming community.

To think that right about a year ago I was jumping into the deep hole of selfhosting and was thinking to get Plex perpetual license. Happy I didn’t.
In short: front end (like, page design) dev added a line in code that would call home for a list of people and instances dev didn’t like so they won’t appear on the front end to users. Badically a unwanted blacklist of users. Many got there for one reason or another. Some have no clue why.
