This is obvious bait, but I’ll bite. No, it is not just ageing, and you almost certainly have an underlying medical condition. You say you’ve been tested thoroughly… Have you had a lumbar puncture? What about a sleep study? Holter monitor? Tilt test? Sleep EEG? Stop projecting this onto every woman over 30 to make them feel shit. Also, men have chronic health issues too, I’m in my mid 30’s and have POTS and CF.
