Besides removal of features such as FTP, items in contextual menus, “unsupported” compact mode.(which is now larger than “normal” was before anyway), disregard for users’ feedback if it’s not through “telemetry”, partnerships with Meta and Disney and so on. These may not be important for you, but they are for me. So, after 20 years, I decided to show the finger to Mozilla and migrated to something else (not Chrome, actually). If the sole reason to use X is because it’s not Y (where X is Firefox, Y is Chromium), then the makers of X are doing something really wrong.
EDIT: I forgot to mention the shameless pay raise of the CEO, while loosing market share and laying people off.
They are important for me, I just know that different people have different issues with it and wanted to see what you saw as their biggest problems.
I’m in the ‘at least it’s not Chromium’ box but they’ve been going downhill for years, red flags all around the place. I don’t use stock Firefox, but the state of it does matter for its derivative browsers (as well as Tor Browser) and it’s worrying.
