hello, I’m very exited, in about a week i got my appointment to get hrt. I doubt ill get it since at my age i need consent from both parents being in Australia and I’m only out to my mum.
Is there any tips on what i should say to maybe get hrt even though its doubtful ill be able to get it. If this does not work I’m going to do diy hrt probably.
Also if i dont get hrt and i probably wont I’m going to tell the doctor that this is not healthcare, its only restricting me from getting what i need. welp hopefully i get my estrogen.
Yeah, you’re right. Like, I come from a STEM background. Simple volume concentration calcs are trivial to me. But yeah, often it’s hard to step back out of your own experience. If people aren’t comfortable with that or with volumetric measuring…it gets hard. I think it’s not so difficult to learn. Just about anyone can learn how to do injections safely, but people don’t always have access to good information or training. And yeah, it gets even more complicated for minors.
