I’ve been taking 200mg/day orally for a while but had little effect from it that I can tell. I’ve been considering figuring out a way of using it vaginally. I had peritoneal pull through vaginoplasty, so I’m thinking absorption would be better than penile inversion vagina absorption which has been shown to not be great. I might try rectal if that doesn’t work, but I’m not a fan of that idea. Either way it’s difficult to get the suppositories, so I was thinking of extracting the liquid from the pills and mixing it with a vaginal-safe cream.
Thats quite intresting i belive you can also get creams wich already contain prog where i live so ill also be looking into that
Yeah, I can’t get any with pharmaceutical grade progesterone. Only naturally derived which is completely unregulated in the US, usually extracted from a type of wild yam. I’m not sure how effective that is or what brands actually contain what they say they contain.
