These are the meds and supplies part of my HRT.
- Needles (syringes are behind them)
- Progesterone
- Cyproterone acetate
- A spare box of estradiol pills
- Vials of estradiol valerate
- My auto injector
- (not part of HRT) Bupropion, still important.
Honestly, quite a mess, but I can find everything and I like it this way 😄

Which method do you use then? From your comment, I might assume injections?
Right now I’m on pills, but just in case they become unavailable I’ve also prepared to switch to injections 🙂
I started with patches but the levels were also a bit sketchy on me for some reason and they constantly became unavailable which was stupid stressful.
Well I hope pills treat you well! I had crazy mood swings on them, crying every day at the same time. I’m doing amazing on injections.
