Yes but the UI is 💯 easier to use.
The number 1 problem with GIMP is poor UI in my experience.
That’s because they ran Flash, ActiveX, or shivers worse…

Or like just get a bird bath if you’re lazy. It is like zero maintenance depending on how often it rains in your area.
